These Terms of Use apply to Seeker Space Arena (“the Game”). By downloading, accessing, or playing the Game, you agree to these terms.
Seeker Space Arena is provided for personal entertainment use. You must not attempt to interfere with the Game, its servers, other players, leaderboards, or connected services, or use cheats, exploits, automation, or other methods intended to gain an unfair advantage.
Certain features may use a compatible Solana wallet for identification or access to supported functionality. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet, device, recovery phrases, and credentials. Seeker Space Arena will never ask you to provide your wallet recovery phrase or private keys.
The Game is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may be changed, updated, suspended, or removed as development continues. Online services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control.
Players must not deliberately exploit bugs, manipulate rankings, disrupt multiplayer services, or otherwise interfere with fair gameplay. Access may be restricted where necessary to protect the Game and its players.
Seeker Space Arena and its original game content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party assets and technologies remain the property of their respective owners and are used under their applicable licences.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Seeker Space Arena is provided without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
These Terms may be updated as Seeker Space Arena develops. The current version will be published on this page with its latest revision date.
